  7.  ║ Welcome to the BulletMaster BBS bulletin formatting program. This          ║
  8.  ║ program is designed to take a standard ASCII text file and create ANSI     ║
  9.  ║ color, ANSI mono and ASCII bulletin screen files in one easy step.         ║
  10.  ║                                                                            ║
  11.  ║ All you do is create the message that you want in the bulletin             ║
  12.  ║ (including any graphics) with your favorite ASCII text editor, run         ║
  13.  ║ BulletMaster and they are created.  One ANSI color, one ANSI mono and      ║
  14.  ║ one ASCII with boarders, time and date created, your BBS name centered     ║
  15.  ║ at the top and your name and BBS as a signature line at the bottom.  It    ║
  16.  ║ will also place page pauses at the end if you wish.                        ║
